Tantalum Capacitors
NIC offers advanced tantalum electrolytic capacitors, which provide high capacitance in more compact and low-profile designs compared to aluminum electrolytic capacitors. Their range includes various series in surface-mount-molded chip formats, with case sizes from 0805 (P) to 7343 (D/E/V), and radial-leaded (LDD) formats. These capacitors come in capacitance values ranging from 0.1uF to 1500uF, and are designed to operate efficiently in temperatures from -55° C to +125° C (with derating above +85° C) and -55° C to +105° C, supporting voltage ratings from 2.5VDC to 50VDC.
